Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Frames (“we”, “us”) collects when you use frames.ag and the Frames services, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what we need to run your account and your runs, we don’t sell your data, and your prompts belong to you.

Who we are

The services described in our Terms of Service are operated by Frames Engineering, Inc., a Delaware corporation (131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Website visitors

If you just browse the site, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, referrer, country-level location). We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Customers

When you create an account, we collect and store:

  • Account data — your email address (and name, if you provide one), used for login, invoices, and service updates.
  • Usage data — your runs, prompts, and the tool calls they trigger. We need these to execute runs, meter credits, show you your history, and compute aggregate reliability metrics for providers.
  • Wallet data — if you use wallet features, wallet addresses and on-chain transactions. Note that blockchain transactions are public by design.
  • Billing data — handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

We use a persistent first-party cookie to keep you signed in. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your prompts or run results to train models for other customers.

Third-party services

We rely on a small set of processors to run the service:

  • Vercel — application hosting.
  • Neon — database hosting.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payments.
  • Data providers — when a run queries a provider, the parts of your prompt needed to fulfill that query are sent to it. Providers are listed on the tools page and operate under their own privacy policies.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account — or ask us to at founders@frames.ag — we delete your personal data, except where we are legally required to retain it (for example, invoicing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email us and we will honor these requests. We also respect Global Privacy Control signals for site analytics.

Changes to this policy

We will update this policy as the product and regulations evolve. Significant changes will be announced by email or in the product. The date at the top always reflects the latest revision.
